We are pleased to announce that a special lecture and tasting event will be held at the demo kitchen inside the Healthcare Pavilion of the Osaka-Kansai Expo.

We are pleased to announce a special lecture and tasting event to be held at the demo kitchen inside the Healthcare Pavilion of the Osaka-Kansai Expo.

The event will feature guest speakers such as master salt artisan Mr. Enjiro Tanoya, and Mr. Tsubasa Sugai from Spice Cube. They will discuss topics such as the “ultimate salt” used in PACKN-TO’s rice balls and hydroponically grown vegetables.

From PACKN-TO, Store Manager Mr. Shimada will give a talk on our specially selected premium rice for cooking.

In the latter half of the event, guests will be invited to taste our “Ultimate Salt Rice Ball,” a culinary creation representing the harmony of salt, vegetables, and rice — all under the theme of a “Nature Co-Existing Food System.”


[How to Participate]

  • Registration: First-come, first-served on the day of the event
  • Capacity: 12 people per session (seated, first-come, first-served)
    Note: Standing room is available for the lecture, but tasting portions are limited.
  • Registration Deadline: Same day, first-come, first-served
